We're based in Morningside, Brisbane, and primarily service inner and eastern Brisbane suburbs. We also travel as far as the Gold Coast on request — a travel cost may apply. Remote support is also available across Greater Brisbane and Queensland.

Yes — we can assist with MyGov, Centrelink, Medicare, and other online portals. We'll guide you through it step by step. If we've done all we can, we'll point you clearly to the next step so you're never left without direction.
Yes — if you'd like us to ring your bank, insurer, telco, council or any other organisation, we can do that. We can also help draft and send emails on your behalf. This is billed as third-party coordination at our standard hourly rate.
We'll always be upfront if something is beyond what we can resolve. You'll only be charged for the time spent, and we'll give you a clear summary of what we found plus a recommended next step or referral.
Yes. If you think you've been scammed or something looks suspicious, get in touch as soon as possible. We can check your device, help secure your accounts and walk you through what to watch for. We also offer a dedicated 60-minute scam awareness and digital safety session.
A one-off in-home visit is $99 for up to 90 minutes. If you're on a monthly care plan, visits are included. See our pricing page for the full breakdown, or contact us and we'll walk you through it.
No. We tell you the cost before we start, and that's the cost you pay. If anything changes during a session, we'll always tell you before doing any additional work. You're never charged for something you didn't agree to.
Yes — anytime, with 14 calendar days written notice before your next billing date. Any prepaid, unused portion is refunded on a pro-rata basis. No cancellation fee applies.
The easiest way is to give us a ring on 1300 ERA TECH (1300 372 832) or fill in the enquiry form. We'll confirm the booking in advance — unscheduled visits are not available.
We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. Visit availability depends on current bookings — monthly plan clients receive priority scheduling, with Premium clients receiving a 24-hour response guarantee.
Yes — a family member, carer or authorised representative can arrange a booking. We'll just need written confirmation from you (the account holder) directly before the visit goes ahead.
Absolutely. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Your information is stored securely and never shared with third parties without your written consent. You can request access to or correction of your information at any time by emailing support@eranova.com.au.
Recording of a session by the client or any third party requires prior written consent from Eranova Tech Support. If you'd like a record of what was covered, we can provide a written after-session summary for a small additional fee.
Yes — we strongly recommend backing up any important photos, documents or files before a session that involves changes to your device. If you're not sure how, we offer a data backup service as an add-on to any visit for a flat fee of $30.
